Charity event was organised on 1st Jan at Shaskiya Prathmik Vidhyalay, Shanti Nagar Indore. It was wonderful beginning of the year with such nekikaran program wherein many items(Clothes, masks, gifts, books) were donated to school children.
This RCIP program is conducted since many years, in which donation boxes are kept and donations from public are invited.
This year event coordinators were Rtn Pooja Agarwal, Rtn Sushama Nandi, Rtn Anurag Singhai, Rtn Col Nishith Mathur, Rtn. Vivek Tanted.
They all actively managed collection at their locations for a month. Thereafter Box keeping support provided by President Sanjay Agrawal. First breakfast was at JMB. At school, welcome speech to children was given by Sanjay Agrawal. Dr. Prafulla Dube gave Guidance speech on health hygiene to Children. Col. Nishith Mathur gave Encouraging words – benefit of hard work in life and few words on Yoga by Kavita Dube. A quick Q and A for children was conducted by Sushama Nandi, Sunita Agrawal, Deepa Gupta , in which prize gifts were distributed to children. Event coordinators, Members, Anns donated books, clothes, Gifts, masks.
Handmade Masks were prepared and sponsored by Radha Gupta. Biscuit packets were sponsored by Sunita Agrawal. Akshat Gupta, Rakesh Bamoria, Arun Chugh talked to school local representatives, and asked then to arrange for further distribution of some boxes to nearby area. Out of collected total 12 big boxes, few boxes are kept for next school and nearby area distribution, later. School teachers appreciated and were thankful to our club members. Rtn. Bhuvnesh Gupta, Rtn. Priya Tanted were present in the event too. Many school children up to class 5 attended.
