On 28th July, RC Indore Professionals in association with Shankara Eye Centre, Indore organized an Eye checkup Camp at Panchayat office, Kadwali Bujurg village, Indore. Where more than 125 residents of the village, got their eyes checked. Out of which around 24 people were diagnosed with Cataract. The purpose was not only to detect the issue but to get it treated. Thus among those cataract patients, 14 people were operated free of cost at Shankara Eye Center and rest of the patients will be operated in coming month. This was very big support to the residents of the village wherein their Cataract surgery was conducted free of cost. It was a great move towards community Service through Disease Prevention and Treatment. Club intends to do many such camps in future too thus benefiting the needy ones.
